When I got approached to create a mural for this sandwich restaurant in Clifton, Karachi, the brief was clear - they wanted something fun yet simple, encapsulating the essence of a sandwich. It was an exciting challenge to represent each layer of the sandwich accurately, ensuring that the colors popped and conveyed the freshness and variety of ingredients. We decided on a vibrant, almost playful palette that would invite onlookers to explore the depth of flavors in a single glance.
Then, adding a twist, we were asked to bring some of that fun to their shutter, making it a standout piece even when the restaurant was closed. This project wasn't just about painting a wall; it was about storytelling through colors and shapes, making it a truly rewarding experience.
